This badge recognises successful participation in the Thomas Work Experience Week programme. Participants engaged in a structured work experience placement focused on developing self-awareness, understanding workplace connection, and gaining valuable career insight.
Through practical activities, discussions, and Thomas assessments, participants explored different business functions, identified their strengths and workplace preferences, and developed a greater understanding of collaboration and cross-functional working.
Badge holders have demonstrated enthusiasm, professionalism, curiosity, and a commitment to personal development while gaining insight into a range of career pathways and workplace environments.
To earn this badge, participants must:
Attend and actively participate in the Thomas Work Experience Week programme.
Complete all scheduled programme activities and workshops.
Engage with Thomas assessments and self-awareness exercises.
Demonstrate professionalism, positive engagement, and respectful collaboration throughout the placement.
Complete the end-of-programme feedback survey.
